I am Woman is a program designed to support a woman's mental, emotional and physical health.
The program consists of 3 main components of wellness which are mind, body and soul.
I am Woman is also a very practical learning platform to teach women how to manage stress, how to support better health using movement and nutrition, how to support better organisation for a feeling of more flow in their lives and how Energy affects us and how to maintain and control our energy and connect to our intuition.
I am Woman was written with the average busy woman in mind, being someone myself that has been caught in the doldrums of the “ Groundhog Day” effect, feeling like life is a slog and there’s not much to be excited about.
I decided there must be a better way……………So i dove into my own mindset and stress levels suddenly realising that everything is connected, and if 1 area of our lives is out of balance for too long, then it will drastically affect every area of our lives, and impact not only us, but our family, friends and co-workers.
If you feel tired and sluggish all the time, reactive, irritable, stressed, low self esteem, lack of enthusiasm, no sex drive, not finding much joy in your life, unmotivated, or just downright flat, then this program is going to help you re-connect to the core of who you are, to start loving yourself, treating yourself with care and respect, feeling more connected with your partner and children, managing your stress better, feeling more organised, feeling more energised and living a life of joy and contentment.
During this program, you will be introduced to 4 guest presenters to support you along your journey.
These women have all played a role in my own healing journey and are informed and passionate about the topics they will be discussing.
Katrina Brown (Katrina Brown Nutrition)will be talking to us about all things nutrition for our age, hormones and body type and the important role nutrition plays in our everyday lives.
Trisha Donnelly (Trisha Donnelly Pilates) will be talking to us about how movement helps our bodies function and how to incorporate movement into our everyday lives.
Jacy Dundas (The Spiritual Centre) Will be teaching us about the healing benefits of Energy work and how energy works and how we can connect to our intuition.
Katrina Chambers will be talking to us about creating flow in our homes using feng shui and giving us some of her best tips for creating organisation in the home.
Mel Judd from integra healing Co will be taking the women through a journey of self awareness and teaching you all about how stress affects our bodies and how we can manage our everyday life stress. Mel will also be doing a full self love session, to help women re-connect with themselves and feel comfortable in their skin and loves themselves completely.
