WORKSHOPS
Well-being workshops are increasingly important in today's fast-paced and stressful world. These workshops provide individuals with the tools and techniques they need to improve their mental and physical health, reduce stress and anxiety, and increase overall happiness and well-being. By attending well-being workshops, participants can learn mindfulness practices, stress-management techniques, healthy lifestyle habits, and other practical strategies for promoting their physical and emotional health. These workshops are an excellent opportunity for individuals to invest in themselves, prioritise their health and well-being, and build a strong foundation for a happy and fulfilling life.

In this 2 hour Stress Buster workshop you will learn why you are feeling the way you’re feeling, what happens in our brain and body under stress and ALL of the simple, actionable steps Mel personally and professionally used to support her own health and the wellbeing of her clients.

Understanding Trauma in Children
As educators, let's reflect on how we can view and understand Children's behaviour.
How we adapt and modify our practices, interactions and environments to ensure we are appropriately looking through a "trauma informed lens".
Striving to meet the diverse regulation, social and emotional needs of our children in our classrooms. With a particular focus on those Children and families from Trauma backgrounds.
As Educators and caregivers, we must be readily available to model calm and age-appropriate responses to social cues, problem-solving and transitions. We want to increase understanding of Trauma and its impact, whilst further developing our Early Childhood community inclusion capacity and capability, to support calm, settled enrollments, engagement and participation for all children, alongside their fellow peers, regardless of their life experiences and limited social/emotional skills.

“My day to day life with my family generally became more peaceful and my marriage grew stronger. I generally feel more calm and content and for this, I am incredibly grateful. I would recommend Mel’s program to anyone willing to go in with an open heart and ready to do the work.”
